Zum Unternehmen geh\u00f6rt au\u00dferdem die Inhouse-Kreativagentur Grafenberg, die Leistungen in den Bereichen Design, Print und Digital erbringt. <strong>F\u00fcr die Zusammenarbeit verschiedener Abteilungen<\/strong> brauchte Promedico einen zentralen Ort f\u00fcr Bildmaterial und Nutzungsrechte \u2013 statt klassischer Ordnerstrukturen. In der t\u00e4glichen Praxis bedeutete das jedoch oft, dass Mitarbeitende aus verschiedenen Abteilungen wie Marketing, Produktmanagement oder Vertrieb Bilder aus unterschiedlichen Quellen anfordern oder in lokalen Ordnern nach der aktuellsten Version eines Assets suchen mussten. Oft war unklar, ob bereits freigegebene oder veraltete Dateien verwendet wurden. Das f\u00fchrte zu R\u00fcckfragen und Verz\u00f6gerungen im Arbeitsalltag.
