BOMAG auch die Menge an Produktinformationen, Bildern und Dokumenten kontinuierlich zu. Die bestehende Verwaltung war f\u00fcr dieses Datenvolumen zunehmend ungeeignet und verursachte einen hohen manuellen Pflegeaufwand. Medien mussten manuell verschlagwortet und gepflegt werden, ebenso die Produktdaten zu den einzelnen Maschinen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hinzu kam eine dezentrale Systemlandschaft: Produktdaten und Assets waren nicht zentral mit der Website, dem Vertriebstool, <a href=\"https:\/\/4allportal.com\/de\/integrationen\/sap\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SAP<\/a> und weiteren Systemen verkn\u00fcpft. Die Anwendungen griffen nicht auf eine <a href=\"https:\/\/4allportal.com\/de\/integrationen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">gemeinsame Datenquelle<\/a> zu. Dadurch entstanden redundante Datenbest\u00e4nde und zus\u00e4tzlicher Pflegeaufwand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left card-container__text\">Auch die Suche nach relevanten Medien war durch eingeschr\u00e4nkte Such- und Filterm\u00f6glichkeiten aufwendig.
