Marketing, Vertrieb und Engineering greifen rollenbasiert auf die f\u00fcr sie relevanten Inhalte zu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klare <a href=\"https:\/\/4allportal.com\/de\/loesungen\/zugriffskontrolle\">Benutzer- und Zugriffsrechte<\/a> regeln, welche Dateien den jeweiligen internen und externen Nutzergruppen zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen. Bilder, Videos, Marketingmaterialien und technische Dokumente stehen an einem zentralen Ort zur Verf\u00fcgung und k\u00f6nnen von den Abteilungen Marketing, Vertrieb und Engineering aktuell und gemeinsam gepflegt werden. Klar geregelte Rollen und Zugriffsrechte erleichtern die Zusammenarbeit \u00fcber Abteilungen und Marken hinweg. Gleichzeitig werden parallele Ablagen und der aufwendige Versand unterschiedlicher Dateiversionen reduziert.
