While most systems have a rigid architecture, 4ALLPORTAL has a modular structure. This means that you can freely define each module, each metadata field and each data record, link them individually and show or hide them.

In combination with the intelligent user management, you can e.g. hide individual modules for certain departments or reduce the scope of available data records according to the respective access rights. In short, the system adapts to your business, not the other way round.

Customised modules based on system standards

At the heart of our platform is the CoreEngine. This allows us not only to flexibly adapt existing standard modules, but also to create new custom modules based on the same system standards.

The big advantage is that there is no need for custom programming. Instead, new modules can be easily created and configured in the front-end. Our customers are even able to do this themselves after appropriate administrator training.

Link all data anywhere without risking massive chaos

Another major benefit is the ability to relate all data, modules and entities to each other as required, without having to edit each record individually. Let’s look at an example.

Let’s say you have a warning that needs to be available for 10,000 products in a certain category. Instead of adding the same information to all these records individually, you can simply link to the relevant notice from a separate notice module using bulk processing.

The big advantage? If something changes in the note, you only need to change the corresponding entry in your custom module – not 10,000 products.
This not only reduces the maintenance effort, but also the error rate.

In order to distribute your products in their entirety across all relevant marketing and sales channels, we have developed a self-expanding interface that provides immediate access to new modules and fields without any programming effort.

At the same time, you can even reformat your data for the target system in the 4ALLPORTAL. Normally, such formatting is only possible if the interface is customised by a developer.

Why is this so special? Because some platforms allow individual data fields in the system, but do not have the technical possibilities to transfer this data to linked third party systems such as webshops, catalogue tools or marketplaces.
