Cloud hosting means we run the software for you and take care of updates, maintenance, and availability. You can use the solution without any operational effort and keep your data automatically up to date. Our infrastructure is designed for high availability and runs on secure servers in the US and Germany.
With on-premise deployment, the software runs on your own servers. You retain full control over your data and infrastructure and decide whether to handle operations and maintenance internally or have us support you as needed.
In a hybrid setup, you decide which data stays on your systems and which is managed in the cloud. Sensitive data remains on your servers, while you can keep other content flexible and up to date in the cloud.

It’s the right choice for companies in regulated industries, with sensitive product data, or with strict internal IT policies. Additional security mechanisms such as a DMZ adapter can be integrated directly.
4ALLPORTAL runs container-based (Docker) on Linux systems and integrates into existing IT infrastructures. The internal IT team takes infrastructure responsibility while 4ALLPORTAL provides updates and support. For organizations preferring cloud or hybrid, servers are available in Germany and the US. Switching between on-premise, cloud, and hybrid is possible at any time – without rebuilding the system.
Many DAM providers have discontinued on-premise and operate exclusively in the cloud. 4ALLPORTAL supports on-premise permanently as an equal deployment model – not as a legacy option.
In the hybrid model, data is split based on sensitivity and marketing relevance: non-marketing-relevant or regulatory-sensitive data stays on-premise, while marketing-relevant product data and assets are managed in the cloud. This combines full control where it’s needed with cloud flexibility where it makes sense.
